The game starts off with the same concept in which Kratos was cheated into slaying his wife and daughter and afterwards withdrew his loyalty towards Ares. The gods have been left powerless and the onus of rescuing is on Kratos. The camera angles are undoubtedly dramatic and there are a lot of novel combat manoeuvres that have been introduced. The combo attacks are as devastating as they can ever be. This is one factor that makes playing the God of War game a very enthralling experience.
