The PSP gaming market has practically come to a standstill in May. Again this week there are no new games being released in either the US or Europe – a rather sad situation. At least the developers from Alfa System have managed to finally leak out the first moving pictures for their Phantasy Star Portable role-playing game. True, the game is only announced for Japan, but we can at least hope other markets will eventually be graced with its presence.
Phantasy Star Portable is, as the “portable” gives away, a conversion of the Phantasy Star Universe console game. The Ambition add-on, as well as a nice multiplayer mode for up to 4 players, will also be on board.
According to psphyper, the publisher SEGA has also promised UMD demos – with a little luck there will also be some downloadable demos to add some gaming variety for those upcoming hot summer days.
