Daxter is heading to an unfamiliar place to find Jak who was imprisoned in some event, but soon he realizes that being small will not help his chances of survival. But there’s only one person who can help him find Jak and that’s you. Yes you can do this with the help of few hints.
• Jak Mask
When you reach the second cell block after playing the prison level, tiptoe behind the three guards and follow them moving counter clockwise. Collect the key that is hidden behind the second pillar which is the key to open the first door to the northeast. Then to trace the Jak mask, break the picture on the shelf.
• Sly Mask
Move out of the distorted gate and jump behind the crates after you finish the level where you have to nuke the giant metal-head fish with the other exterminator. Smash the picture of sly cooper and turn the camera to face the exit. A message will flash saying that you have unlocked the sly mask.
• Oracle reference
Unlock the last dream with 500 precursor orbs. The fire beast is the oracle from Jak 2 and 3
• Play level/ Play Movie
In Daxter (Platinum) (PSP) there is a special trick which will allow you to play any level you want. Go to the entrance to city port which is Emerald Isle. In spite of going inside the portal go behind portal. Jump on the top of a bin, to go behind it and then turn around. You’ll notice a picture, break that and you get to play any level by going to the menu and going to secrets.
• Ratchet Mask
Go to the top of the transet system on top of the fan area, to get the ratchet mask. Jump down in the hole which is at the left the door and you will land on the platform. Smash the picture and then you will get the mask but this is under secrets. Go to cheats and keep going down until you find Ratchet Mask and press the X button to wear it.
