Worth the price is what comes to the mind as you start playing the fun and entertaining Kula World. The execution and concept is so simple that it is still as relevant as the first ever edition.
A puzzler based on 3D platform with extremely mean and complex mazes. Indeed, as a 3D game, it is much more intricate and far different from more traditional puzzle games like Koloomn. As a kula ball, you are not allowed to bounce around naturally and are trapped in these mazes. You enjoy getting entangled in those most complex geometrical mazes which is as thrilling as it is a nightmare.
As you begin the game, you realize there is a lot of challenge around. This includes collecting coins, fruits and various keys which can open exits. You have to skillfully navigate through suddenly opening and disintegrating platforms, petrol fumes that arise from pills and a drastically reducing time limit fuelled by the hourglass.
Non linear puzzles can be created on simple 3D space governed by neat and uncomplicated rules. This ingenious system is extremely challenging providing oblique solutions too. In fact, most of the time, you are left wondering as to how the hell did I miss this solution. It was staring at my face all the time!
Just when you pull your hair in frustration and decide on giving up, Kula World offers you the solution, which is of course most of the time simple but elusive rekindling your interest and boosting your confidence. Arcade and Time trail are the two modes you can play. Time trial and Copy Cat modes are two player modes which provide you with hours of fun and excitement.
As you collect your bonus levels, you add in some extra fun. Interesting background changes and subtle skin of the Kula World keeps the mood high even in a simple game of a beach ball puzzle.
Enjoy hours of fun playing with your friends on the two player mode. This is in fact a game that is exciting and interesting as with all puzzle games and the entire family can experience hours of excitement on your favorite PSP. You cannot keep the children away from this game for sure.
