Ok, it’s really a bad news for mobile gamers. Sony has finally dropped the idea of allowing Sony Ericsson to make the PSP Phone, something which the mobile gamers were desperately waiting a long time for. The company is not going to license PSP branding to Sony Ericsson. The concept of the PSP Phone was very cool and it incited loads of mobile phone gamers all over the world. After Apple started focusing on making the iPhone and iPod a potential handheld gaming device it was speculated that the Sony and Xbox maker Microsoft too will integrate their consoles with the mobile phones.
The PSP Phone finally remained a stupendous device in concept only. It was supposed to integrate the PlayStation Portable (Sony’s popular handheld gaming console) Sony Ericsson mobile phones like the Sony-Ericsson Xperia X1. Sony was interested to license the PSP brand only if the Ericsson stops making mobile phones. Indirectly, the Sony indicated an end to its relationship with Ericsson. Sony never refuses to make high standard products with other electronic products makers but it only do so when it believes that the new product in question will meet the standards, quality and technical specifications as laid down by Sony, otherwise the company don’t allow the third party manufacturers to use its brand.
According to a Sony Ericsson’s spokesperson, “In the past, we have been keen that our product proposition lives up to brand promise, and we feel at the moment the technical specs are not high enough to put such a prestigious brand on a phone.” Finally the mobile phone gamers are not getting anything like PSP Phone as of now. May be the company allow Ericsson to develop it in future but waiting for it keenly is a total waste of time.

Since the beginning of portable gaming, countless handheld gaming consoles have been introduced to the market. Currently, the most popular ones are obviously the Nintendo DS, DS Lite and the Sony Play Station Portable, popularly known as PSP. But now Apple is also putting emphasis on its products as a gaming platform and is looking to grab a chunk of the mobile gaming market for itself.
Apart form the PSP there are two other mobile devices named Apple iPhone and Apple iPod which offers spectacular gaming experience. It’s hard to compare them with each other. Often it leaves the new gamers confused when they move out to purchase a portable gaming console for themselves. So, what to do? How to choose the best one? Well, it all depends on the individual’s needs ad preferences. Both the PSP’s and Apple iPhone’s displays render high quality video and graphics and these devices are compatible with Wi-Fi connections. You can choose any one of them to listen to good quality music and store lots of multimedia data. The only differentiating features are the other functions which these two devices can perform, the controls, the cost and the game database.
Coming to the functionality of these two products one thing is clear that if you want to make and receive calls apart from gaming then the iPhone is for you. Control wise the PSP is better as it is especially designed for gaming purpose and offers a D-pad and standard four buttons. You can also add a conventional joystick to PSP but this option is not available for iPhone. If you want to play touch screen games both in landscape and portrait mode then go for iPhone. Both the iPhone’s and PSP games are of equivalent cost but overall the iPhone is very costly device. Further, your monthly bill is increased because of the call plan you receive with the iPhone but in case of PSP you end up playing high quality games at a much low cost. The games available for the iPhone are less as of now and the PSP has got large database containing lots of game titles of every genre.

Ben discovers what the DNA is being used for. He finds that robots in Omnitrix Crystals form are being powered with the help of the DNA. He also realizes that if he destroys these robots he has a good chance of getting back his alien forms. In after winning just the first battle, he gets back his XLR8.
Ben goes on to defeat to get back Cannonbolt. Ben’s next victory is against Kevin 11 who he battles against after finding out that he has kidnapped Max and is hiding in the Lumber Mill. With this victory Ben regains Wildvine.
The adventure moves on to the outer space when he fights the Ghostfreak. The venue of the battle is the Coast Theatre. Max then locks up Ben in the Null Void where he finds a second Omnitrix Crystal. With the help of this crystal Ben is able to unlock Master Control and Ghostfreak who is not playing with the extracted Alien DNA.
Continuing various events and battles, Ben rescues Gwen who has been kidnapped by doctor Amino. The Omnitrix crystal is successfully regained, unlocking the succeeding master control and obtaining Upchuck.

This wonderful rhythm game has been aptly named beats after its innovative feature providing users with the option of using their own music whilst playing games. Players can even use music they have downloaded from the internet.
Circle, square, triangle and cross are the four keys which are used to identify the notes. Notes are played according to the rhythm of the music. The tracks have incorporated a lot of background music. Songs and tracks with rhythmic music lends excitement to the games.
In keeping with the rhythmic music, notes dance in from the screen sides and approach anchors, which are situated in the center. There are a total of three anchors. Even as the notes reach the anchors, players have to hit the buttons, which correspond to each of the labels.
Beats is a unique and fascinating way of incorporating your stored music into your games. If you are a music lover and a passionate player, this is ideal for you. Beats infuses life and fun into your music collection by effectively tracking beats, thereby creating game play from any of the songs.
You can choose between the Challenge mode and Jamming mode to play your favorite songs as you enjoy playing your game. Customisation allows the player to play with complete control. These include extras which can be downloaded, animated backgrounds and visuals – all of which are interactive. You can even share your beats online.
The multiplayer game option allows you to compete with one to four players. Gamers who are fond of music too can unleash their creativity with the option of creating your own music with the help of preset music samples.
Perhaps the best part of all of this is that it can be directly downloaded from the internet. Beat your way to victory in all your PSP games now. Download your beats and play your music – don’t just listen to it.

The PSP’s most popular and latest role-playing game, the Astonishia Story, is characterised by its simplistic and user-friendly approach. This interesting game starts with the story of a knight named Lloyd. The royal staff is escorted by this young knight from one town to another.
During this exciting journey, the royal staff disappears from under the nose of the knight and his fellow knights. Having survived the ambush, Lloyd starts his journey in search of the staff.
During the course of his search, Lloyd discovers various unpleasant things about this world. He finds an Elvin queen who is the evil incarnate trying to keep herself young forever with the use of divine power at the expense of everything and everyone in the world.
Challenging battles take the user through a series of towns, fights and battles. There is even an entertaining humor element incorporated in the game. The Astonishia story keeps you on your feet all the time. The Battle system is a good mix of random encounters and simple turn-based strategies.
You can enjoy non-stop excitement encountering all kinds of creatures while you reach the outskirts of the towns. If you happen to come into contact with any of them you will have to defend yourself against at least three enemies. The fights normally take place on a large battleground which is strategically split or divided into squares.
Things are made more interesting with the option of performing an attack by moving the squares based on initiatives. Actions during the battle include skills, magic using props and fleeing the battle.
Each character you encounter is equipped with a certain trait or characteristic. It takes about five to ten minutes to complete each battle. There are other interesting things to be done along the course of your journey such as dungeon crawling. This is even more exciting and mysterious as you will not be able to see your enemies clearly in these dungeons. Boss fights add to the zest and fun.
Pleasant and attractive graphics, colorful environment and sprites add to the value of this really entertaining game.

This game, as the name denotes, features the stars of the hit TV show - the gang from the Mystery Inc. The rival team, GSI (Ghost Scene Investigators) however, does not believe in the Mystery Inc’s unscientific methods of ghost detection. This is the challenge of the game, which team can get the most ghosts.
Each level focuses on a particular theme. From there you have to start collecting the Scooby dog tags which help you to unlock or get to the three sub levels. These levels are divided into “Investigation” stage which is quite generic, “Driving” level and “Chase” sequence. The main idea behind each level is to find clues in order to solve the mystery. No two levels are the same, giving an altogether different feel at each level.
The graphics are very clean and give a similar feel to that of the cartoon. You get the feel of being a part of the actual episode because there are numerous cut-scenes and voices of the actors of the cartoon. All this has been achieved without compromising on the humor, which is the actual trademark of the game.
In conclusion, besides presenting numerous voice talents from the series, Scooby Doo contains various levels of game play and platform element. For the first time, players can actually have the control of the “mystery machine” at certain outrageous levels to help them outrun the monsters. The story of Who’s Watching Who is all about ghosts. A gang, one formed by Shaggy and Scooby Doo called Mystery Inc., competes against the another called GSI (Ghost Scene Investigators). They travel to spooky locations to uncover or unmask the ghosts.
