The Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (PSP) has been developed especially for this version of Sony which will help gamers make Harry and his alliances dance to their tunes. The Hogwarts campus has been beautifully created and there is a lot to do inside and outside the school. The grand staircase makes a grand return and the sequence of events happen the same way they happen in the book and in the film. Lord Voldemort is back and is looking for ways to take out his arch nemesis. With his ever faithful partners Ron and Hermione, Harry starts another quest and the gamer will get to see some minor variations.

Harry assembles some students to form an army of Dumbledore so that they can stand up against the dark forces. The game is well phased out and covers almost all the events that took place in the book and were featured in the movie to give it a very realistic look. The Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix PSP game also ends with a tragic death of someone very close to Harry and a final confrontation of good forces pitted against the evil. Spells are cast with the help of the right shoulder button where as there are some spells that might require the gamer to press 2 buttons at once. The combat sequences have also been given a lot of mileage so that the game looks captivating. Buy the game if you have been a Harry Potter fan forever and have adored all the characters. You will feel happy in playing it.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on PSP is an interesting mix of both the film and the book by J.K. Rowling. As the story opens, you the player get to pick characters. You are given three choices each of them equipped with a particular skill. While all of them are equipped with expertise in jinx spells and charms, their skill levels differ in their ability to cast spells.

As you cross each level, you have the option of switching between the characters. For instance you can enhance the skills of Hermione or Ron by choosing a character with more abilities. However, you are followed closely by the two characters you do not choose too and offered assistance.

Actual gameplay commences at the Quidditch World Cup attended by Harry and his friends. Initially you may struggle with controls which are awkward. It only takes some time to get used to and then you can move around smoothly casting spells. To enhance your excitement and fun, you are provided with the ability to levitate and smash monsters. This move will follow a scattering of multi coloured beans. As you collect these beans, your stamina is restored. Using the beans, it is possible to buy the Collector’s Cards.

In order to solve puzzles, team work is essential as you may require using more than one wand. On your visit to Hogwarts, you get to meet the defense against dark arts professor. The focus of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire shifts entirely to Harry Potter as he enters the Triwizard tournament. The first task in the tournament sees Harry Potter on his broomstick pursued by the Hungarian Horntail Dragon. The second task takes him to Black Lake for exploring and the enchanted maze spurs him to claim the cup by reaching the centre.

Game graphics are quite good for a hand held game and characters look good casting spells. Amazing particle effects provide for stunning and dazzling visual effects. Sound effects too are handled very well adding to the fun and excitement.

Absolutely enjoyable, this exciting game takes you right into the middle of the exciting life of Harry Potter at Hogwarts. You can enjoy hours of fun with Harry Potter on your favourite PSP.
