Of course this is not at all true, there are plenty of games in which no guns are involved, and all the combat is done with melee weapons; but, there are also games that are even more different, like puzzle games. Puzzle games can be just as exciting or interesting as any action oriented title. The game doesn’t include crime fighting or mission accomplishment tasks but it actually requires intelligence.
